KENLINC NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Dear Neighbor,

Our Kenlinc Neighborhood group currently consist of Harvard-Yale-Princeton-Bowdoin and those streets in between.    We are the First Neighborhood association in SMRTO and our example will be used as a basis for those who start them in South Medford in the future.

 

Resident Parking:

 

    Resident Parking has been granted to the following Streets:

            Yale

            Berwick

            Dartmouth

            Radcliffe (Exception at Wellesley corner)

            Princeton

            Benton Road

            Bradford Ave

Parking Permits

Are now available at the Police Station for $10 (CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY>>NO CASH).  You will receive 1 Parking Permit per car and 2 Visitor Passes.  This Stickers/Visitor passes are good from January 1st - December 31st.  They must be renewed annually.

The Permit is only available for cars REGISTERED at your address in MEDFORD.

     Bring your car registration and  one "proof of residency" as in:

    -   Tax  or Water and Sewer bill

    -  Cable, Electric or Gas bill

   -   Current Credit Card/ Bank Statement (within the last 30 days)

For Visitor  Passes only (No Vehicle)

    Harvard Street Ticketing for Sidewalk parking

              Harvard Street Sidewalk parking.  Ticketing will begin July1st.  We have residents that are unable

              to maneuver the sidewalk with there wheelchair and therefore it has become a safety issue.  The Chief has agreed to increased           

              ticketing on Harvard effect 7/1/07.
